You can start redeeming points as soon as you get your braces off.

Step 1:

Download the Patient Rewards Hub on an iOS or Android smart device. Create an account. Already have one? Go ahead and sign in!

Step 2:

Earn Points! Every scheduled appointment will earn you points, but there may be some bonus points awarded along the way.

Step 3:

After your treatment is finished, you’ll be able to redeem your rewards!

How do you earn points?

Points are earned at every scheduled visit. You can get extra points by making sure that your treatment goes according to plan. These are some ways to get the extra benefits:

What about
redeeming points?

Points accumulate during treatment and can be redeemed after. You will not be able to gain more points once you are in retention.
